Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, chair, bed, and lamp. There are two other bedrooms already occupied by two great roommates. You'll appreciate: 🏠 The shared spaces: Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, etc.), two brand new bathrooms, and two toilets for added comfort in an 80m² apartment with a spacious balcony for hanging your clothes. The apartment is bright during the day. ☀️ 🙋🏼♀️ Roommates: Two very quiet, respectful, and clean guys. They can give you a tour of the apartment :) 🏢The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator, and the neighbors are quiet 🙂 🌳 The neighborhood: A quiet and safe area, 5 minutes from the Noisy Champs RER A station and all shops (Super U supermarket, post office, pharmacy) 🔑 Security: There is a gate with a code and a door requiring a badge. A caretaker is also present. 💰The rent is €650 including utilities (internet, electricity). 🚆The Noisy Champs RER A station is 20 minutes from Gare de Lyon and 23 minutes from Châtelet-Les Halles.
