Hello everyone! I'm looking for permanent accommodation in Paris. A room or a small studio apartment located no more than 45 minutes by metro from Montmartre. I don't smoke. I work as a musician here and would prefer to live with people who have a sense of community, an artistic sensibility, who are themselves artists or who deeply appreciate art. I like animals as long as basic hygiene rules are respected, and I really appreciate peace and quiet. If the accommodation has access to a garden or courtyard, that would be even better.
