Hello, I am currently looking for a female roommate.

Apartment location:
Paris, 14th arrondissement, near Alésia Church and Place Denfert-Rochereau.
Close to Metro lines 4 and 6, the RER B train, and several bus lines.
The RER B offers direct access to the airport and central Paris.

The apartment is on a street near the famous Rue Daguerre, which features many bakeries, florists, butcher shops, cheese shops, and greengrocers. It is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.
There are numerous supermarkets nearby, as well as a large park, a cinema, pharmacies, and restaurants.

Apartment details:
Entrance hall, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, separate toilet, and bathroom.
Furnished bedroom (double bed, desk, wardrobe, clothes rack, bookshelf) with a fan and heating.
Mail delivery is available via the building's mailbox.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
No elevator. Small courtyard at the building entrance for bicycle storage.

About me:
I am looking for a female roommate (girl only). I am a French student myself. I speak English (intermediate level). I am looking for an American or English-speaking student roommate for a linguistic and cultural exchange; this is ideal if you wish to learn French.
I prefer someone staying for the long term (9 or 12 months); no short-term rentals. Looking for someone with a student visa, young professional status, or a working holiday visa.
I am looking for someone clean who will respect the house rules.

Not allowed in the apartment: pets, smoking indoors.
Included in the apartment: Blu-ray DVD player, radio, vacuum cleaner, oven, fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, iron, washing machine.

There is no official lease agreement; this is a sublet with the landlord's approval. However, you will receive official proof of residence, and we can sign a flat-sharing agreement.
Water, heating, Wi-Fi, and electricity are included in the rent. The rent is fixed and remains the same regardless of the month.
