Room in exchange for help with the children

I am looking for a female student (or young woman) interested in a private room in a quiet, bright building in the Ternes district (17th arrondissement of Paris), in exchange for help with my two daughters, aged 8 and 6. The arrangement would begin the last week of August and last for one year (with some flexibility). The required help is a maximum of 48 hours per month, with the number of hours varying from week to week. The fixed times are: every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm (school pick-up and drop-off); and every other Wednesday from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm. The rest is flexible: I generally need help every other weekend, as well as some evenings and nights.
