Room with childcare facilities (student/eu)

Please read this entire ad carefully and only contact me if you meet the requirements. I am the father of three children aged 12, 10, and 4. We live in Les Lilas, very close to Paris (4 minutes from the Serge Gainsbourg metro station). My children live with me 50% of the time. The rest of the time, they are with their mother, from whom I am divorced, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, where their school is located. I am offering, at least until the beginning of July 2026, a furnished 12.2 m² room on the second floor of our house (see photos), in exchange for services provided to the children (school pick-ups, homework help) and some light housekeeping. The required services amount to approximately 16 hours per week, spread over the month. No rent is required. I prioritize the seriousness of the applicant's profile (studies, academic record, results, experience with children, etc.) over financial guarantees. We have hosted foreign au pairs in the past, with consistently positive experiences. As the children's needs change with age, particularly regarding homework, I would now like to consider a room-in-for-services arrangement with a student who has some experience with children. Specifically, it is necessary to be able to pick up the children from school every other week, on Mondays and Tuesdays at 4:40 pm, and on Fridays at 2:00 pm, and to dedicate a few hours to helping with homework.
