Looking for accommodation as a student – Versailles

Hello! I'm 26 years old and currently training to be an airline pilot at Astonfly in Toussus-le-Noble. I'm looking for free or low-cost accommodation in exchange for services, ideally near my school (Buc, Versailles, Guyancourt, Châteaufort, and surrounding areas). With a scientific background, I studied medicine, life sciences with a specialization in neuroscience, and mathematics at university. I have experience tutoring and helping with homework. I can assist children with math, French, English, biology, physics, chemistry, and their schoolwork in general. Having two younger brothers whom I've always looked after, I'm also used to babysitting. I also offer pet sitting, house or apartment sitting while owners are away, daily assistance, and companionship for elderly people. My flights are mainly in the morning or early afternoon. I am therefore generally available in the late afternoon and evening, with only a few occasional night flights planned later in the year. I am reliable, independent, have my own transportation, am careful, and respectful of the premises and everyone's privacy.
